Eligibility Criteria
- Matric with Science: Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical): Minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
- I.D. Card/B-Form: Required for application.
- Punjab Domicile: Must have a valid domicile from Punjab.
- Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate: Required for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates from a registered institution.
- Medical Fitness: Must provide a certificate from a medical officer.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 35 years (calculated till the last application date).

Criteria for Determining Merit for Govt LHV Course 2025
The merit for LHV Course Admission 2025-27 will be determined as follows:
- Primary Criteria: Merit will be based on marks obtained in FSc (Pre-Medical).
- Tiebreaker for Equal Marks: In case two or more candidates have equal marks in FSc (Pre-Medical), the merit will be based on the marks obtained in Matric with Science.
- Further Tiebreaker: If candidates have equal marks in both FSc (Pre-Medical) and Matric Science, merit will be determined based on seniority (age, with preference to the older candidate).
- Final Decision: If all criteria above are equal, the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department will make the final decision.
