Vacant Position

1. Director (Civil) – BPS-19

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PEC recognized) in Highway, Ports, Infrastructure, Structural, Water Resource Management, Contract/Project/Construction Management, or Geotechnical Engineering.
   • Experience: 12 years in BPS-18 or equivalent in a reputed organization (public/private).
   • Age Limit: 43 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

2. Deputy Director (Civil) – BPS-18

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s (1st class) and Master’s (2nd class) in Civil Engineering (PEC recognized) in relevant fields.
   • Experience: 7 years in BPS-17 or equivalent.
   • Age Limit: 35 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

3. Deputy Director (Electrical & Mechanical) – BPS-18

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (PEC recognized).
   • Experience: 7 years in BPS-17 or equivalent in a reputed organization (public/private).
   • Age Limit: 35 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

4. Team Planner – BPS-17

   • Experience: 3 years as a Town Planner in a Planning Office.
   • Age Limit: 30 years.

5. Assistant Director (Electrical & Mechanical) – BPS-16

   • Experience: 3 years in a reputed organization (public/private).
   • Age Limit: 30 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

6. Range Officer – BPS-16

   • Experience: 3 years in the relevant field.
   • Age Limit: 18 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

7. Sub Engineer (Civil) – BPS-14

   • Qualification: 3-year diploma in Engineering (relevant field).
   • Experience: 3 years in the relevant field.
   • Age Limit: 35 years.
   • Preferred: Higher degree in the relevant field.

8. Building Inspector – BPS-11

   • Qualification: Diploma in Draftsmanship/Civil Engineering.
   • Experience: 5 years in the relevant field.
   • Age Limit: Not specified.

9. Deputy Director (Horticulture) – BPS-18

   • Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture (Horticulture), M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons) Forestry, or M.Sc./B.Sc. (Environmental Sciences).
   • Experience: 7 years in the relevant field.
   • Age Limit: Not specified.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age relaxation of up to 5 years as per Government policy.
• Applicable quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be observed.
• Employees will be appointed on a contract basis for an initial two years, extendable as needed.
• No vested right for regular appointment is granted.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test/interview.
